What Makes Us Stand Out
Emily Brand has been part of the yachting industry since 2007, holding various interior roles, including head chef and chief stewardess.
Starting as a stewardess, Emily’s lifelong passion for cooking led her to work as a chef for five years. Whilst raising her children, she transitioned to the role of purser, overseeing logistics and interior operations. Emily continued her culinary work as a part-time crew chef during the winter months.
After several seasons in France, Mallorca and the Caribbean, Emily has now settled in Vilanova, Spain.
Her extensive experience in yachting, coupled with her current local knowledge, makes her well-informed about the services available in Vilanova. This includes insight into provisioning, laundry services and local suppliers.
